How Do I order?: • Click on the link provided to your organization.

Ordering is not required on the day of photography. We offer pre-ordering, ordering on the day of, or ordering after photography. However, you must place an order or you will not receive any prints. All of our prints are made to order, so without an order, we cannot make them.
How long after pictures can I place an order?: The page-to-order prints usually stay active for a minimum of two months.
How will you know which player is mine?: During photography, a picture of your player's back will be taken so we can get the name and number of the player. During the ordering process, you will be required to type your player's name and number on your order. We then match the name on the order with the name on the back of the jersey.
Why didn't I receive an email with my proofs?: We do not send out proofs. Every print that we make is made to order. Therefore, you must place an order. We will pick out the best picture we have of your player to put on our custom graphics.
What if I don't like my prints?: We strive to make sure you get the best print possible. If there is a mistake on your print, a physical blemish or you are simply just unhappy. Where is my digital proof?: We send out all digital proofs to the email address provided at checkout. For some reason, our emails occasionally will end up in your Spam Folder in your email account. Please check your Spam folder and if you still cannot find the print, please feel free to contact us.
What payment options do you accept?: If you are ordering directly from our website we accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
How long is the typical turnaround time?: The typical turnaround time is 3-5 weeks. However during our heavy volume time (May to June) it could take longer.
